These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Policy Limit Research LLC's (operating as "Apex Research") website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• • Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month
• • We may suspend Services for overdue balances

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information disclosed during use of the Services. Confidentiality obligations survive termination for 5 years.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@apexresearch.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or fraudulent conduct.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting updated Terms and sending email notification to registered users.

15. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• Waiver: No waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
